FAQ: I just came back from visiting Hawaii and want to find out more about dancing the hula.
Answer: Our halau (hula School) offers dance classes for all ages and abilities, from the casual or recreational to serious students, as well as for those interested in staying in top physical condition. FAQ: What age do you accept in your classes?
Answer: We prefer children be at least five years old, but have accepted students as young as four. Our oldest student--93 years young!--began her first hula studies at age 72. It's never too late to learn. We teach both boys and girls.
FAQ: Do I have to be Hawaiian to learn hula?
Answer: Absolutely not. Our students hail proudly from a variety of ethnicities.
